Return Policy
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage on arrival.
- Since 95% of our pieces are custom-made, we are unable to accommodate returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or other personal reasons.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only for items damaged during transit.
To claim a replacement:
- Unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage.
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Replacements will not be processed for any reason other than verified transit damage.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been dispatched within that time.
- No cancellation fee will be charged for eligible cancellations.
- Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund Policy
- A 100% refund will be issued only for cancellations made within the allowed time frame.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
